Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Alpho → Cancel Subscription. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do refunds work?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and request a refund for the charge.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from within the app's settings. This permanently removes your personal data, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can also email us at help@alpho.app and we will delete it for you. Remember to cancel any active subscription separately in your device settings.

Why does my daily content look different from a friend's?

Alpho tailors daily verses, prayers, and saints' wisdom to the tradition you chose — Catholic, Eastern Orthodox, Oriental Orthodox, or General. You can change your tradition in your profile settings.
